04 NCAC 19L .2003          SELECTION CRITERIA

Criteria for Infrastructure awards are:

(1)           severity of needs;

(2)           benefit to low and moderate income persons;

(3)           local commitment;

(4)           treatment of needs; and

(5)           appropriateness and feasibility.
